Metaball Plug-in 0.31b for CS4

I traded in Ai8/Mac CD to Adobe Store Japan for Ai CS4/Win and placed an order for free UPG to CS5.

So, here's Metaball plug-in built with CS4 SDK and tested with Ai CS4 / Windows XP SP3.

It doesn't contain any new feature.
